SAPO to send Lviv commercial court judges case to HACC
After July 15, the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office will refer the case to court on suspicion of abuse of power by the judge of the Commercial Court of Lviv Region Vasyl Artimovich, the former head of this court Mykhailo Yurkevich, the former head of the Western Appeal Commercial Court Borys Plotnitsky, and the judge of this court Iryna Malekh.
It was until this date that the High Anti-Corruption Court's decision of March 19 limited the defense's time to familiarize themselves with the investigation materials.
To set a deadline for the defense in criminal proceedings, namely: the suspect (Artymovych) and his defense attorneys, the suspect (Yurkevych) and his defense attorneys, the suspect (Malekh) and her defense attorneys, to familiarize themselves with the materials of the criminal proceedings by July 15, 2026, after which the defense will be considered to have exercised its right to access the materials of this criminal proceedings
