HACC fines ex-Dirzhinformyust head for missing hearings
The HIgh Anti-Corruption Court imposed a fine of UAH 3,328 on the former General Director of the state enterprise Derzhinformjust, Leonid Bogdanov, for failure to appear at court hearings in a case accusing him and others of embezzling UAH 7.7 million.
To impose on the accused (Bogdanov) a monetary penalty in the amount of one subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons, which is 3,328 UAH for failure to appear without good reason at the court hearings scheduled for February 24 and 26, 2026

The Lutsk City District Court sentenced the head of the Logistics and Material Support Department of the Main Police Department in Volyn region, Andriy Kovalenko, for abuse of influence. The accused demanded a bribe from an entrepreneur for not obstructing his activities. The official was fined 52 thousand UAH for the offense.
