HACC sets trial for acting head of Customs Service

The HIgh Anti-Corruption Court has assigned a criminal case to consider on the merits against the Acting Head of the State Customs Service, Serhiy Zvyagintsev, for false declaration.
To schedule a trial of the criminal proceedings on the accusation (of Zvyagintsev) of committing criminal offenses provided for in Part 1 of Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, in a court session in the courtroom of the High Anti-Corruption Court. The trial of the criminal proceedings shall be conducted in an open court session
The next meeting is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. on March 31.

We also previously reported that the High Anti-Corruption Court seized a residential building and land in the Kyiv region of the Acting Head of the State Customs Service, Serhiy Zvyagintsev, as part of a civil confiscation lawsuit.
