Court extends duties for ex-head of Kyiv land service

The High Anti-Corruption Court has extended the term of office of the former acting head of the Main Department of the State Geocadastre in the Kyiv region, Oleg Levchenko, until July 7. The NABU and the SAPO suspect him of organizing the seizure of over 1,200 hectares of land near Kyiv.
As is known, the anti-corruption court arrested Levchenko with the alternative of 3 million UAH bail. These funds were deposited and he was released from custody under the following obligations: to appear upon each request; to report any change in his place of residence and work; to refrain from communicating with the suspects in this criminal proceeding and to hand over his foreign passports. The prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office once again requested to extend these obligations.
To extend the term of the suspect (Oleg Levchenko) of the obligations stipulated in Part 5 of Article 194 of the Criminal Procedure Code until July 7, 2025 inclusive

We also previously reported that the High Anti-Corruption Court extended until August 19 the pre-trial investigation into the case of suspicion of former Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Radion Tymoshenko, and others regarding the automated system "Dzvin".
