HACC appeal panel upholds seizure of ex-General Staff deputy’s assets

The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court left unchanged the decision to seize the property of former Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Radion Tymoshenko, and his wife, Nadiya, in the case of the automated system "Dzvin".
As indicated, on February 28, the anti-corruption court imposed an arrest on the property of the Tymoshenko couple. The decision itself is classified. However, during the appeal hearing, it turned out that the following was arrested: a land plot with an area of 0.105 hectares in the Brovary district of the Kyiv region; a land plot with an area of 0.784 hectares in the Kirovohrad region; a land plot with an area of 0.386 hectares in the Kirovohrad region; 1/2 an apartment with an area of 91.2 sq. m; 1/2 an apartment with an area of 128.5 sq. m; 1/2 a land plot with an area of 6.132 hectares in the Mykolaiv region; 1/3 a share of an apartment with an area of 80.7 sq. m in Kyiv; 1/2 a HYUNDAI SANTA FE car, 2014 model; 1/2 an apartment with an area of 80.4 sq. m; 1/2 of a land plot with an area of 0.094 hectares in Vasylkivskyi district of Kyiv region; 1/2 of a land plot with an area of 0.0959 hectares in Vasylkivskyi district of Kyiv region; 1/2 of a garden house with an area of 57.5 sq. m in the village of Krushinka, near Kyiv. The couple's lawyers filed an appeal.
The appeals are dismissed. The ruling of the investigating judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court of February 28, 2025 is left unchanged.
We will remind, in February, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office reported suspicions to former Deputy Chief of the General Staff Radian Tymoshenko and former Chief of the Signal Troops of the Armed Forces Volodymyr Rapko in the case of the automated system "Dzvin".
