As a reminder, the SAPO has referred the case of People's Deputy Lyudmila Marchenko to court. According to the prosecution, the deputy, together with her assistant Anastasia Kolesnyk, promised the citizen, in exchange for a monetary reward, to obtain a permit to travel outside Ukraine, as well as to enter relevant information into the Shlyakh information system.

Subsequently, the co-participants organized the sending of an appeal from the charitable organization to one of the district military administrations, on the basis of which the OVA made a decision to grant permission to the specified citizen to travel as a volunteer across the state border of Ukraine for the purpose of transporting humanitarian cargo to the territory of Ukraine.

After receiving permission, the deputy's assistant met with the citizen and received the second part of the agreed funds from him - $2,800. In total, the receipt of $5,300 was documented.
