The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court left the former head of the Commercial Court of Lviv Region Mykhailo Yurkevich in custody, but reduced his alternative bail from UAH 6 million to UAH 3 million.

This was reported by the press service of the AC HACC, but did not mention the name of the suspect. According to media reports, this is Yurkevich, whose arrest was recently extended until June 15 with the option of a 6 million UAH bail .

On May 15, 2025, the Administrative Court of the Supreme Court of Justice considered the appeal of the defense against the decision of the investigating judge of the Supreme Court of Justice dated April 15, 2025 on the extension of the term of the preventive measure for the former head of the Lviv Regional Economic Court in the form of detention with the alternative of paying a bail of UAH 6 million. Based on the results of the consideration, the panel of judges of the Administrative Court of Justice partially satisfied the lawyer's appeal, canceled the decision of the investigating judge of the Supreme Court of Justice regarding the amount of the bail and issued a new one, which reduced the amount of the suspect's bail to UAH 3 million, the rest of the decision was left unchanged
