Court removed Krupta’s bracelet and allowed contact with colleagues

The electronic bracelet was removed from the former head of the Khmelnytskyi MSEC, Tetyana Krupa, and she was also allowed to meet with her former colleagues. This is stated in the ruling of the HIgh Anti-Corruption Court.
According to the court case materials, the prosecutor requested an extension of Tetyana Krupa's restrictions and preventive measure for another two months. In particular, the issue was:
· arrival upon summons to the investigator, prosecutor or court;
· a ban on leaving Khmelnytskyi without permission;
· a ban on communicating with employees and former employees of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Center of MSEC, as well as with people who underwent examination there;
· obligation to report a change of residence;
· submission of a passport and other documents for leaving Ukraine;
· wearing an electronic bracelet.
The prosecutor insisted that there were risks of flight, witness tampering, or obstruction of the investigation. However, the court only partially granted the motion and left only three restrictions:
· not to travel outside the Khmelnytskyi and Ternopil regions without permission;
· report a change of residence;
· submit a passport and other documents necessary for traveling abroad.
Thus, 64-year-old Tetyana Krupa's Ukrainian passport was returned and her electronic bracelet was removed because it "negatively affects her health." The restrictions will be in effect until December 29.
Tetyana Krupa and her son Oleksandr are suspects in the EBK base.
As a reminder, the State Bureau of Investigation announced the exposure of the head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Center for Medical and Social Expertise, Tetyana Krupa, and her son Oleksandr, who holds a managerial position in the main department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the Khmelnytskyi region, in illegal enrichment.
