Supreme Court set hearing on appeal of ex-judge from Ivano-Frankivsk

The Supreme Court has scheduled a hearing for February 19, 2026, to consider appeals against the verdict sentencing Volodymyr Bulka, a judge of the Commercial Court of Ivano-Frankivsk Region, to 5 years in prison for receiving unlawful benefits.
As is known, the anti-corruption court found Bulka guilty of receiving illegal benefits. He was sentenced to 6 years in prison with confiscation of all property. Later, the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court reduced the sentence to 5 years in prison. The defense filed cassation appeals.
To complete preparatory actions and schedule a cassation hearing of criminal proceedings on complaints against the verdict of the High Anti-Corruption Court of March 13, 2024 and the ruling of the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court of July 2, 2025 in criminal proceedings against (Bulka) for 11:00 on February 19, 2026
