A man suspected of providing conscripts with fake military registration documents or necessary medical certificates was detained in Kyiv, the National Police reports.

As police determined, a 34-year-old Kyiv resident was looking for men who wanted to evade military service through acquaintances. For $50,000, he offered to produce fake military registration documents with a mark of deregistration or "fake" medical documentation.
