HACC fines MP Kuzminykh UAH 6,656 image

The High Anti-Corruption Court fined MP Serhiy Kuzminykh in criminal proceedings on charges of abuse of influence.

The request of the prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office for the imposition of a monetary penalty is granted. To impose on the accused (Sergiy Kuzminykh), a people's deputy of Ukraine, a monetary penalty in the amount of 2 subsistence minimums for able-bodied persons, which is UAH 6,656

– the decision states.

Earlier, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office tried to personally serve the indictment on People's Deputy Kuzminykh. However, he refused and threw the documents out of the car window. Despite this, the indictment was sent to the court.
