HACC set a hearing in the case of MP Zadorozhnyi
The High Anti-Corruption Court has scheduled a preparatory hearing for November 18 in the criminal proceedings on charges of bribery against People's Deputy Mykola Zadorozhny, former interim acting deputy head of the Criminal Investigation Department of the National Police Oleh Tkachenko, and his subordinate Vyacheslav Miroshnyk.
This decision was recently made by the HACC.
To schedule a preparatory court hearing in criminal proceedings on charges of (Zadorozhny) in committing crimes under Part 4 of Article 368, Part 3 of Article 27, Part 2 of Article 15, Part 4 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, (Tkachenko and Miroshnyk – ed.) in committing a crime under Part 5 of Article 27, Part 2 of Article 15, Part 4 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine at 3:00 p.m. on November 18, 2025 in the courtroom of the HACC
Let us remind you that Mykola Zadorozhny is a person involved in the EBK base.
Earlier, the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office sent an indictment to the court against the People's Deputy, former acting deputy head of the Criminal Investigation Department of the National Police, and his subordinate for extorting a bribe. According to media reports, this concerns People's Deputy Mykola Zadorozhny, as well as two former police officers, Oleg Tkachenko and Vyacheslav Miroshnyk.
