HACC Extended Obligations for MP Kuznetsov Until December 28

The HIgh Anti-Corruption Court extended until December 28 the term of the duties assigned to People's Deputy Oleksiy Kuznetsov in the case of bribery and embezzlement of funds for the purchase of drones for the National Guard.
As is known, the anti-corruption court took People's Deputy Kuznetsov into custody with the alternative of 8 million UAH of bail. These funds were deposited and he was released from custody. The politician is obliged to: arrive at the first request; not leave Kyiv and Kyiv region without permission; report a change in his place of residence and/or place of work; refrain from communicating with an established list of persons; hand over foreign passports or other documents that provide permission to travel abroad; wear an electronic bracelet.
The prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office noted that the term of office expires on November 1 and therefore requested to extend it for another two months.
To extend the term of the duties imposed on the suspect (Kuznetsov – ed.), as defined in Part 5 of Article 194 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, for a period of two months

Earlier, the HACC took People's Deputy Oleksiy Kuznetsov into custody. As an alternative, he was given 8 million UAH of bail. The specified funds were paid and he was released from custody.
As a reminder, NABU and SAPO reported suspicions to People's Deputy Oleksiy Kuznetsov, Head of the Mukachevo District State Administration Serhiy Gaidai, and others. According to the investigation, during 2024–2025, participants in the organized group established a scheme for the systematic appropriation of budget funds allocated by local governments for the needs of the defense forces, as well as receiving and providing illegal benefits.
