HACC sets hearing in illegal draft-age men travel case

The High Anti-Corruption Court has scheduled a preparatory hearing for April 17 in the case of the indictment of judges of the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi City District Court of the Odessa region, Valentyn Zaveryukha and Serhiy Savytskyi, assistant judges Stanislav Gintser and Olga Kalantyrenko, as well as lawyer Stanislav Klymenko, in organizing a scheme to send men to military service abroad.
To schedule a preparatory court hearing in the criminal proceedings against (Valentyn Oleksiyovych Zaveryukha, Stanislav Yuriyovych Klymenko, Serhiy Igorovich Savytskyi, Olha Mykhailivna Kalantyrenko and Stanislav Viktorovich Gintser) for April 17, 2026 at 09:30 in the premises of the High Anti-Corruption Court
We remind you that Valentyn Zaveryukha, Serhiy Savytskyi, and Stanislav Klymenko are suspects in the EBK base.
It was previously reported that the National Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office sent an indictment to the court against judges and lawyers who helped conscripted men illegally travel abroad and receive a deferment from mobilization.
