HACC reimposes duties on ex-prosecutor Maksymenko
The HIgh Anti-Corruption Court has reassigned the duties of former deputy head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Prosecutor's Office, Natalia Maksymenko, until May 4.
The deputy prosecutor of the Zaporizhia region was released from custody after posting UAH 8 million in bail with the following obligations: to appear upon first demand; not to leave the Zaporizhia region without permission; to report any change in her place of residence and/or place of work; to refrain from communicating with a number of people; to hand over her international passports and to wear an electronic bracelet.
Later, Maksymenko was left with the following obligations: to notify the court of a change in her place of residence and/or place of work; to refrain from communicating with a number of persons and to hand over her international passport. Their validity period had expired, and therefore the prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office requested that the duties be reassigned to the accused.
The prosecutor's motion to impose procedural obligations shall be granted. The defendant (Maksimenko) shall be subject to procedural obligations provided for in Part 5 of Article 194 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine until May 4, 2026 inclusive.

We previously reported that the High Anti-Corruption Court reduced the bail amount set for the former deputy head of the Zaporizhia Regional Prosecutor's Office, Natalia Maksymenko, from UAH 8 million to UAH 5.5 million .
