HACC will continue the case of the exhibitor of the Ministry of Defense after his death

The High Anti-Corruption Court will continue to hear about the seizure of over 58 million UAH of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine in part accusing the late chief specialist of the Department of State Procurement and supply of material resources of the Ministry of Defense Boris Malish.

This is the decision to praise HACC.

As stated in the praise, on June 11, 2024, before the trial, a statement was received from Malish’s widow, who informed him that he had died.

She also submitted an application for rehabilitation and asked to continue with the authorities.

Guess what, the High Anti-Corruption Court accepted before consideration the certificate of the siege of 58 million UAH from the Ministry of Defense. She is accused of a senior defender of the Minister of Defense Igor Pavlovsky, director of the department of sovereign procurement and supply of material resources of the Ministry of Defense Volodymyr Gulevich and a worker of the department Boris Malish, senior inspector of the department of internal affairs new audit of the Ministry of Defense Igor Shemovnyov, actual leader of Trade Commodities Vadim Trofimenko and commercial director of the company company Volodymyr Garkavy.
