The High Anti-Corruption Court extended the term of office of the former head of the permanent commission on architecture, urban planning and land relations of the Kyiv City Council, Mykhailo Terentyev, until May 17.

As is known, the anti-corruption court arrested Terentyev with the alternative of 19.98 million UAH bail. These funds were deposited and he was released from custody. The suspect is obliged to: arrive at the first call; not leave the Kyiv region without permission; report a change in his place of residence and/or place of work; hand over his foreign passports; refrain from communicating with a number of persons.

The prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office asked the court to extend these duties for another two months.

The request of the SAPO prosecutor to extend the term of his duties is granted. To extend the term of his duties, stipulated in Part 5 of Article 194 of the Criminal Procedure Code, for the suspect (Terentiev – ed.), until May 17, 2026 inclusive, but not longer than the terms of the pre-trial investigation.
