HACC Extends Obligations for Ex-Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy

The HIgh Anti-Corruption Court has extended the term of office of former Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food Markiyan Dmytrasevych until April 17. NABU and SAPO suspect him of involvement in the case of former Minister of Agrarian Policy Mykola Solsky.
As is known, the anti-corruption court took Dmytrasevich into custody. As an alternative, they set a bail of UAH 20.28 million for him. These funds were paid and the suspect was released from custody. He was assigned the following obligations: to appear upon every request; not to leave Kyiv without permission; to report any change in his place of residence and work; to refrain from communicating with other suspects, witnesses, and designated persons regarding the circumstances of the case; to hand over his foreign passports and to wear an electronic bracelet.
Later, the bracelet was removed from him and the obligation not to leave Kyiv without permission was canceled . Therefore, the prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office requested that the remaining obligations be continued.
The motion is granted. To extend for the term of the resolution the term of the obligations imposed on the suspect (Dmytrasevich - ed.) in connection with the application of a preventive measure in the form of bail to him. The term of the resolution is two months, until April 17, 2025 inclusive, but within the term of the pre-trial investigation
