HACC Appeal Chamber to hear ex-Lviv customs officer’s complaint

The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court has scheduled a hearing for November 27 to consider an appeal against the verdict sentencing former state inspector of the customs clearance department No. 3 of the "Uhryniv" customs post of Lviv Customs Nazariy Kot to 3.5 years in prison for abuse. He is currently in a colony.
As is known, the High Anti-Corruption Court found Kot, a former state inspector of Lviv customs, guilty and sentenced him to 3.5 years in prison. He was also banned from holding positions at the customs for 2 years after serving the main sentence. The former customs officer's lawyer filed an appeal against this decision. As it turned out, Kot is already being held in the Lviv penitentiary.
