HACC extends restrictions on Nasirov’s father-in-law

The HIgh Anti-Corruption Court extended until May 11 the term of office of the father-in-law of the former head of the State Fiscal Service Roman Nasirov, the owner of the Altis group of companies, Oleksandr Hlymbovsky.
This decision was made by the Supreme Court of Ukraine.
As is known, the Appellate Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice of Ukraine applied a preventive measure in the form of a 45 million UAH bail to Hlymbovsky. He was also given the following obligations: not to leave the city of Kyiv and the Kyiv region without permission; to report a change of residence; to refrain from communicating with a number of people; to hand over his foreign passports and to wear an electronic bracelet.
Later, the bracelet was removed from Hlimbovsky, but the remaining duties were continued. Therefore, the prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office requested that the remaining duties be continued.
The prosecutor's motion to extend the term of the duties imposed on the suspect in connection with the application of a preventive measure in the form of bail shall be granted. The term of the duties imposed on the suspect shall be extended for two months.
Let us remind you that Oleksandr Hlymbovsky is a person involved in the EBK base.
