HACC to hear case of former Ukrenergo security chief

The High Anti-Corruption Court has scheduled for consideration on the merits of criminal proceedings on charges of abuse of power against the former director of the security department of PJSC "National Energy Company "Ukrenergo" Serhiy Totsky and his accomplice Viktor Yakovlyuk.

To appoint a trial in open court of criminal proceedings on the charges of (Totsky) in committing a criminal offense provided for in Part 2 of Article 28 Part 2 of Article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, (Yakovlyuk – ed.) in committing a criminal offense provided for in Part 5 of Article 27 Part 2 of Article 28 Part 2 of Article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine

Previously, the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office sent an indictment to the court against the former director of the security department of PJSC "National Energy Company "Ukrenergo" Serhiy Totsky and his accomplice Viktor Yakovlyuk for abuse.
