HACC Sets UAH 9M Bail for AMCU Head’s Wife Kyrylenko

The High Anti-Corruption Court has set a 9 million UAH bail with the assignment of duties to Alla, the wife of the head of the Antimonopoly Committee, Pavlo Kyrylenko. She is suspected of aiding and abetting her husband's illegal enrichment.

On June 6, the investigating judge of the High Court of Criminal Appeals partially satisfied the request of the NABU detective and applied a bail of UAH 9 million to the suspect in the case of illegal enrichment. In addition, the person is required to: appear at every call; not leave the borders of Kyiv and Kyiv region without permission; report a change of residence; refrain from communicating with persons specified in the court ruling; hand over foreign passports for safekeeping. The term of the duties is two months

Previously, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office reported new suspicions against AMCU Chairman Kyrylenko , as well as suspicions against his wife Alla.
