Supreme Court Upholds Confiscation of Ex-TCP Chief’s Assets image

The Supreme Court upheld the decision that confiscated a house with a land plot and the cost of one car worth UAH 786,000 from the former head of the Zaporizhia Regional TCP and SS, Hennadiy Yaremenko, as state revenue .

As is known, the High Anti-Corruption Court confiscated the assets of the former head of the Zaporizhia Regional TCP Gennady Yaremenko. The lawsuit concerned a house with a land plot; two cars registered to the official's wife; 20 thousand dollars in cash. According to the court's decision, the house with the land plot, as well as the cost of one of the cars in the amount of UAH 786,300, were deducted from the state's income. The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court confirmed this decision, and therefore Yaremenko himself filed a cassation appeal against this decision.

The cassation appeal (Yaremenko) shall be dismissed. The decision of the High Anti-Corruption Court of January 2, 2026 and the resolution of the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court of April 27, 2026 shall be left unchanged.
