Supreme Court set hearing date in ex-medical chief case
The Supreme Court has scheduled a hearing on May 7, 2026, on an appeal against the verdict sentencing the former director of the Chernivtsi Regional Perinatal Center, Dmytro Manchulenko, to 6 years in prison for attempting to bribe officials of the Chernivtsi Regional Council.
As is known, the High Anti-Corruption Court found Manchulenko guilty and sentenced him to 6 years in prison. The accused himself and his defense lawyers filed appeals. The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court left the verdict unchanged .
To complete the preparation and schedule the cassation hearing of the criminal proceedings against (Manchulenko) for May 7, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. To notify the persons who filed the cassation appeals and other participants in the court proceedings of the day, time and place of the hearing of the case
