Appeal leaves bail for ex-deputy chief of General Staff unchanged

The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court left unchanged the preventive measure in the form of a bail of UAH 2 million for former Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Radion Tymoshenko, in the case of the automated system "Dzvin".
This decision was made by the Appeals Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice.
As is known, the anti-corruption court applied a preventive measure in the form of a bail of 2 million UAH to Tymoshenko. He was also imposed the following obligations: to appear at the first summons; not to leave the territory of Ukraine without permission; to report a change in his place of residence and work; to refrain from communicating with other suspects in the case and witnesses regarding the circumstances set forth in the report of suspicion; to hand over his foreign passports for safekeeping. The defense filed appeals against this decision.
The appeals shall be dismissed. The decision of the investigating judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court of March 11, 2025 on the application of a preventive measure in the form of bail to the suspect Tymoshenko in criminal proceedings shall be left unchanged.
We will remind, in February, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office reported suspicions to former Deputy Chief of the General Staff Radian Tymoshenko and former Chief of the Signal Troops of the Armed Forces Volodymyr Rapko in the case of the automated system "Dzvin".
