The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court has scheduled a hearing for July 29 to consider an appeal against the verdict , which found Pavlo Ivchenko, the former head of the Oleksandrivskyi District Court of Kirovohrad region, guilty of abuse of influence and fined him UAH 93,500.

As is known, the anti-corruption court found the former head of the Oleksandrivskyi District Court Pavlo Ivchenko guilty of abuse of influence. He was sentenced to a fine of UAH 93,500 (the maximum fine provided for by the article). The defendant's defense attorney and the prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office filed appeals against this verdict.
