The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court will consider appeals against the verdict, which found Pavlo Ivchenko, the former head of the Oleksandrivskyi District Court of Kirovohrad region, guilty of abuse of influence and fined him UAH 93,500.

As is known, the anti-corruption court found the former head of the Oleksandrivskyi District Court Pavlo Ivchenko guilty of abuse of influence. He was sentenced to a fine of UAH 93,500 (the maximum fine provided for by the article). The defendant's defense attorney and the prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office filed appeals against this verdict.
