HACC extended obligations for ex-Kyiv region land agency official

The High Anti-Corruption Court has extended the term of office of the former acting first deputy head of the State Enterprise "Research and Design Institute of Land Management" Oleg Levchenko until December 27. The NABU and the SAPO suspect him of organizing the seizure of more than 1,200 hectares of land near Kyiv.
As is known, the anti-corruption court arrested Levchenko with the alternative of 3 million UAH bail. These funds were deposited and he was released from custody under the following obligations: to appear upon each request; to report any change in his place of residence and work; to refrain from communicating with the suspects in this criminal proceeding and to hand over his foreign passports. The prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office once again requested to extend these obligations.
To extend the term of the suspect (Levchenko) of the obligations imposed on him in connection with the application of a preventive measure in the form of bail for two months
