HACC Extends Procedural Duties for HCQC Member Luhanskyi

The High Anti-Corruption Court has extended the term of the procedural duties imposed on the member of the High Anti-Corruption Commission Volodymyr Luhansky until November 10, 2026. This was reported by the press service of the High Anti-Corruption Court.
According to the court's ruling, the accused is obliged to:
· notify the court of a change of residence;
· refrain from communicating with witnesses in criminal proceedings.
Volodymyr Luhansky is suspected of illegally receiving over 576 thousand UAH from the state budget (Part 4 of Article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
