HACC approved a plea deal in the Ukrzaliznytsia case image

The High Anti-Corruption Court approved another plea agreement concluded by the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office with former director of Incomm LLC Nadia Bohdan and former financial director of Soyuz-Energo LLC Dmytro Tsivun in the case of the purchase of hardware products for JSC Ukrzaliznytsia.

This decision was made by the Supreme Court of Ukraine.

As indicated, on February 6, the court granted the request of the SAPO prosecutor and separated the materials regarding Bohdan and Tsivun into separate proceedings, since they agreed to a plea agreement.

To approve the plea agreement concluded on February 6, 2025 between the SAPO prosecutor and the accused (Tsivun and Bohdan – ed.), with the participation of their defense attorneys in the criminal proceedings. (Tsivun – ed.) to find guilty of committing criminal offenses provided for in Part 5 of Art. 27, Part 2 of Art. 28, Part 2 of Art. 364; Part 2 of Art. 15, Part 5 of Art. 27, Part 2 of Art. 28, Part 2 of Art. 364; Part 5 of Art. 27, Part 3 of Art. 209 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The court sentenced Tsivuna and Bohdan to 5 years in prison with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions for a period of 3 years and a fine of UAH 17,000, without confiscation of property.

At the same time, they were released from the main punishment for a probationary period of 2 years. They were also charged UAH 100,253 in procedural costs. In addition, Tsivun and Bohdan undertook to transfer UAH 2 million for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
