HACC Extends Duties for Ex-Ukrkomunobsluhovuvannya Director Sushon

The HIgh Anti-Corruption Court has extended the term of office of the former director of the state-owned enterprise "Ukrkomunobslugovuvannya" Alla Sushon until September 3. She is suspected of receiving illegal benefits.
As is known, the anti-corruption court set a bail of UAH 5 million for Sushon with the imposition of obligations. She is obliged to: arrive upon first demand; not leave Kyiv and Kyiv region without permission; report any change of her place of residence and place of work; hand over her foreign passports and refrain from communicating with a number of persons. The prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office requested the extension of these obligations.
The motion is granted. The term of the duties assigned to the suspect (Suchon) is extended for two months, i.e. until September 3, 2025 inclusive, but within the term of the pre-trial investigation.
Alla Sushon is a figurehead of the EBK base.
Previously, the Appeals Chamber saw no grounds for changing the preventive measure applied to the former director of the state-owned enterprise "Ukrkomunobslugovuvannya" Alla Sushon in the case of Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of National Unity Oleksiy Chernyshov.
