SAPO prepares case of ex-SSU official Vitiuk for court
After August 28, the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office will submit to the court an indictment against the former director of the cybersecurity department of the Security Service of Ukraine, Ilya Vityuk, whom the NABU and the SAPO suspect of illicit enrichment.
It was until this date that the decision of the High Anti-Corruption Court limited the time for the defense to review the investigation materials.
The detective's motion is partially granted. Set the defense a deadline for familiarizing itself with the materials of the pre-trial investigation in the criminal proceedings until August 28, 2026 inclusive, after which the defense will be considered to have exercised its right to access the materials of the said criminal proceedings.
Ilya Vityuk is a suspect in the EBK database.
