SAPO Sends Granovsky Case to Court image

The specialized anti-corruption prosecutor's office has sent an indictment to the court in the case of abuse at the Odessa Port Plant, where a former MP and his confidant are among the defendants.

This was reported by the press service of the SAPO. According to media reports, this concerns former People's Deputy Oleksandr Granovsky and his assistant Olga Tkachenko.

The SAPO prosecutor, based on the materials of NABU detectives, sent an indictment to the High Anti-Corruption Court in the case of abuse at the Odessa Port Plant. The actions of the suspects are qualified under Part 2 of Article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Since the whereabouts of the former People's Deputy, his proxy and the owner of the company have not been established, they were put on the national and international wanted list and a special pre-trial investigation was carried out against them

Oleksandr Granovsky is a suspect in the EBK database.

We also reported that the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court  returned the notice of suspicion to former People's Deputy Oleksandr Granovsky , which had previously been canceled by the investigating judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court.
