Kharkiv TCP officer sentenced to five years in prison

In Kharkiv, the verdict was announced for the commander of the TPC security platoon . The man will spend five years in prison.

In court, prosecutors proved that the senior lieutenant, authorized to check the military registration documents of men aged 18 to 60 and serve them with summonses, abused his official position. For 4 thousand UAH, the convicted person sold falsified summonses, which could be presented to other representatives of the TCP and the SS and which would prevent mobilization
The special prosecutor's office says that a TCP employee, while performing his official duties, offered one of the conscripts for 6 thousand US dollars to assist in the preparation of medical documents stating that he was unfit for military service due to health reasons and subsequent exclusion from military registration.
