HACC schedules hearing in Shcherbyna case
The High Anti-Corruption Court has assigned a criminal case to consider on the merits against Oleksandr Shcherbina, a judge of the Pavlohrad City District Court of Dnipropetrovsk region, for receiving illegal benefits.
To schedule a public hearing of the materials of the criminal proceedings on the accusation (of Oleksandr Shcherbina) of committing a criminal offense under Part 3 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine
As is known, the court applied a preventive measure to the suspect Judge Shcherbyna. He was given the following obligations: to appear upon first demand; not to leave the Dnipropetrovsk region without permission; to report any change in his place of residence and/or place of work; to refrain from communicating with a witness in criminal proceedings.
We note that Oleksandr Shcherbyna is a person involved in the EBK database.
