The High Anti-Corruption Court reduced the bail from UAH 20 million to UAH 18 million for the former director of the state enterprise "Ukrainian Special Systems" Artur Vitrenko in the case of the former head of the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection Yuriy Shchyhol.

Later, his bail was reduced first to UAH 25 million, then to UAH 24 million, and then to UAH 20 million. Vitrenko's defense lawyer requested that the preventive measure be changed again.
The preventive measure in the form of a bail in the amount of UAH 20,000,000 shall be changed in terms of the amount of the bail, namely, the amount of bail for the accused (Vitrenk – ed.) shall be reduced to a level sufficient to ensure the fulfillment by the accused of the obligations stipulated by the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, to an amount of UAH 18,000,000.
