Supreme Court to Review Bulka’s Appeal
The Supreme Court will consider an appeal against the verdict sentencing Volodymyr Bulka, a judge of the Commercial Court of Ivano-Frankivsk region, to 5 years in prison for receiving unlawful benefits.
As is known, the anti-corruption court found Bulka guilty of receiving illegal benefits. He was sentenced to 6 years in prison with confiscation of all property. Later, the Appeals Chamber of the HACC reduced the sentence to 5 years in prison. The defense filed a cassation appeal.
Request from the High Anti-Corruption Court the materials of the criminal proceedings against (Bulka). Send a copy of the cassation appeal to the participants in the court proceedings and explain their right to file an objection to the cassation appeal by August 28, 2025

Earlier, the High Council of Justice terminated the resignation of Volodymyr Bulka, a judge of the Commercial Court of Ivano-Frankivsk region, due to the entry into force of the verdict. His lifelong financial support has been canceled.
