Supreme Court Halts Reva’s Appeal
The Supreme Court dismissed an appeal against the sentence that sentenced Lyubov Revi, the former acting director of the state enterprise "Research Farm "Chervony Zhemelorob", to 7 years in prison.
Leave the defense attorney's cassation appeal without action and set a seven-day period from the date of receipt of the decision to eliminate the shortcomings indicated therein

During the pre-trial investigation, it was revealed that in 2016, the former acting director of the state-owned enterprise and her accomplice concluded fictitious contracts between themselves on the provision of legal services to the company, as well as acts of work performed. After that, the above documents were submitted to the Commercial Court of Kirovograd Region in a bankruptcy case with an application for inclusion in the register of creditors' claims of the above-mentioned state-owned enterprise of monetary claims in the amount of over 3.5 million UAH. However, the funds were never seized due to circumstances beyond their control.
