Supreme Court to Review Manchulenko’s Appeal

The Supreme Court will consider an appeal against the verdict sentencing the former director of the Chernivtsi Regional Perinatal Center, Dmytro Manchulenko, to 6 years in prison for attempting to bribe officials of the Chernivtsi Regional Council.

As is known, the High Anti-Corruption Court found Manchulenko guilty and sentenced him to 6 years in prison. The accused himself and his defense lawyers filed appeals. The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court left the verdict unchanged .

To open cassation proceedings on the cassation appeal of the defense lawyer in the interests of the convicted person (Manchulenko) against the verdict of the High Anti-Corruption Court dated April 8, 2024 and the ruling of the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court dated May 22, 2025
