HACC Extends Duties for Alla Kyrylenko image

The High  Anti-Corruption Court extended the term of office of Alla, the wife of the head of the Antimonopoly Committee, Pavlo Kyrylenko, until October 5. At the same time, she was allowed to move freely around Ukraine.

As is known, the anti-corruption court set a 9 million UAH bail for Kyrylenko's wife Alla . Later, the bail was reduced to 242,240 UAH. She was given the following obligations: to appear at every call; not to leave the borders of Kyiv and Kyiv region without permission; to report a change of residence; to refrain from communicating with persons specified in the court's ruling; to hand over her foreign passports for safekeeping.

The prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office requested an extension of these obligations for another two months. The judge partially granted his request, extending all obligations, but changing the obligation not to leave the borders of Kyiv and Kyiv region to not to leave the territory of Ukraine without permission.

The motion is partially granted. To extend the term of the duties imposed on the suspect (Alla Kyrylenko) for two months, on the basis of Part 5 of Article 194 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. To determine the term of the duties imposed by the court on the suspect until October 5, 2025 inclusive, but within the term of the pre-trial investigation

It also became known earlier that the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office is requesting the removal of the accused Pavlo Kyrylenko from the position of Chairman of the Antimonopoly Committee so that he cannot influence the judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court.
