ВАКС зняв браслет із нардепа Задорожнього, залишив інші обов’язки

The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court removed the electronic bracelet from MP Mykola Zadorozhny , but extended the validity of the remaining duties until March 14.

As is known, on July 17, the anti-corruption court applied a preventive measure in the form of a bail of UAH 3.028 million to People's Deputy Zadorozhny. He was also assigned the following obligations: to appear upon each request; to report a change of residence and/or work; not to leave Kyiv and Kyiv region without permission; to hand over his foreign passports and to wear an electronic bracelet.

The SAPO prosecutor requested that these duties be extended. However, the judge decided to remove the electronic bracelet from Zadorozhny. According to the defense, wearing the bracelet affects the suspect's health.

The motion is to be partially granted. To be extended for two months, i.e. until March 14, 2025 inclusive, but within the term of the pre-trial investigation, the term of the duties imposed on the suspect... The motion is to be denied for the remainder.
