NABU and SAPO Serve Suspicion to Deputy PM Chernyshov

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office reported suspicions of Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of National Unity Oleksiy Chernyshov in abuses and obtaining unlawful benefits.

This is reported by the press services of the authorities, but the politician's name is not mentioned.

According to "Word and Deed", this is Chernyshov, who appears in criminal proceedings for abuse and obtaining illegal benefits for the allocation of land in Kyiv for development.

Earlier, Chernyshov announced on Facebook that he had arrived at the NABU.

On June 23, 2025, under the procedural guidance of SAPO prosecutors, NABU detectives reported suspicion of abuse of office and obtaining an especially large amount of unlawful benefit for himself and third parties to the current Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine, who previously held the position of Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine. His actions were qualified under Part 2 of Art. 15, Part 2 of Art. 28, Part 2 of Art. 364, Part 4 of Art. 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine
