Court extends Kobolyev’s obligations until June 18 image

The High Anti-Corruption Court extended until June 18 the remaining duties assigned to the former Chairman of the Board of Naftogaz of Ukraine Andriy Kobolev.

As is known, the anti-corruption court reduced Kobolev's bail amount, but left the list of obligations unchanged: to report a change in his place of residence; to refrain from communicating with a number of people and to hand over his foreign passports for safekeeping.

The court later returned Kobolev's passports but extended the validity of his other duties. The SAPO prosecutor requested that they be extended for another two months.

To grant the request of the prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office to extend the term of the duties assigned to the accused in criminal proceedings. The term of the resolution shall be set until June 18, 2025 inclusive.
