HACC schedules hearing in ex-MP Vecherko case
The High Anti-Corruption Court has scheduled a preparatory hearing for April 23 in the criminal proceedings against former MP Volodymyr Vecherko on charges of organizing abuses that led to over UAH 12 million in losses.
Former Deputy Minister of Energy Maksym Nemchynov and former General Director of the state-owned enterprise Ukrvuhillia Vitaliy Zyusko are also charged in the case.
To appoint in criminal proceedings on charges of (Vecherka – ed.) committing a crime under Part 3 of Article 27, Part 2 of Article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, (Maksym Nemchynov – ed.) committing a crime under Part 3 of Article 27, Part 2 of Article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, (Vitaliy Zyuska – ed.) committing a crime under Part 2 of Article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, an open preparatory court session for 14:00 on April 23, 2026 in the premises of the High Criminal Court of Ukraine

Previously, the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court allowed an in absentia investigation into former MP Volodymyr Vecherko .
