HACC Extends Investigation into “Dzvin” Case image

The High Anti-Corruption Court extended until November 19 the pre-trial investigation in the case of suspicion of former Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Radion Tymoshenko, and others regarding the automated system "Dzvin".

As is known, the anti-corruption court extended the investigation period of the case of the "Dzvin" system until August 19. The detective of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau requested another extension of the investigation period in this case.

The motion of the NABU detective, approved by the Prosecutor General, to extend the term of the pre-trial investigation of criminal proceedings is partially granted. To extend the term of the pre-trial investigation of criminal offenses in criminal proceedings up to nine months, i.e. until November 19, 2025 inclusive

– the decision states.

We will remind, in February, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office reported suspicions to former Deputy Chief of the General Staff Radian Tymoshenko and former Chief of the Signal Troops of the Armed Forces Volodymyr Rapko in the case of the automated system "Dzvin".

Radion Tymoshenko and Volodymyr Rapko are figures in the EBK base.
